MANGALORE : Several doubts are being raised over the escapade of a notorious criminal while he along with a few others who had attempted assault on the city sub-jail superintendent were being shifted to the Hindalaga jail.
It is learnt, the cops who do not hesitate in handcuffing human rights activists and social workers, had not handcuffed these criminals and also had not locked the police vehicle in which they were being taken, from inside. Still there is no answer as to why precautionary measures were not taken while taking these criminals who had not hesitated to even attack the jail superintendent.
