PUTTUR : The police who ware investigating into the case of murder of Mohak Kumar, as student of Canara Engineering College, have not been able to gather any clue regarding the killers until now. However a suspicion is looming large that a communal organization might be behind the murder of this student.
Mohak’s body was found near the telephone exchange at Kabaka on the morning of February 3. Even the cause of the murder is still not known. However rumors are doing the rounds that he had an affair with a girl of another community hailing from Benjanapadavau and also a woman belonging to another community hailing from near Kula. It is also being said that Mohak had supported one of his friends who was in love with a Muslim girl and was about to marry her shortly.
