Amith Singh is now Puttur ASP

MANGALORE: Amith Singh, Assistant Superintendent of Police of Mangalore, who had been a nightmare to people indulging in unlawful activities, has now been appointed the ASP of Puttur sub-division. The order has been issued on March 11.

Meanwhile, the Puttur ASP Dr Chandragupta has been transferred on promotion as the SP of Haveri district.

Amith Singh who is presently undergoing training will report to duty as ASP of Puttur in the month of April. CK Shashidhar, DySP in IGP office is presently the in-charge ASP of Puttur.
