UPPINANGADY : Gausiya (16), a ninth standard student of a local school, and daughter of Sulaiman of Golitottu village in Puttur taluk, has been reported missing from her house since March 25.
Her parents on finding that the girl had left along with a few pair of dresses, have searched for her and finally lodged a complaint with the police on April 1.
It is learnt, she had left home by wearing burkha when none was at home. Police who suspect a love affair behind the girl’s missing have begun a search for her.
