Posted on Jul 15th, 2010 and filed under General.

UDUPI: The Udupi District Citizens’ Committee has filed its strong objection to the
moves of Syndicate Bank to change its logo.
In a press communiqué, Nityananda Olakadu, General Secretary of the Committee has
said that “Syndicate Bank has taken a move towards changing its logo spending crores
of rupees.Spending public funds in this way is not proper. Mere change in logo will not
increase the bank’s business. Instead the bank should provide efficient customer service.”
He further said the Bank had given an opportunity for others to gobble up crores of
rupees in the name of a logo.
