Justice Somasekhara panel cannot escape from its responsibilities

to ascertain the truth which the public is aware of and also to identify the accused in

into the church attack case that took place after the BJP government took charge, was

to shield the politicians and police personnel from the allegations even when the public

are aware as to who are the guilty persons in the case. The act of Justice Somasekhara

has raised many eyebrows as well as question marks

the uselessness of enquiry commissions which take years together for their enquiry

by spending sufficient public funds. The several comments on the Somasekhara panel

findings are enough proof to this.
