the suspicious death of Srishaila Chikkeriya, a student of SDM Engineering College of

Dharwad on May 4, 2005 by falling from the second floor of the Shashidhar lodge at

Kundapur, an has directed the police to register a case of murder. The CoD report had

concluded this as a case of unnatural death.
